A great occasion to brew once again with our anniversary beer: The 7, an anti-conformist Brut IPA style beer with an incomparable taste…
For the record, the Brut IPA style (also called BIPA) was created in 2018 in San Francisco by Kim Sturdavant, a Master Brewer who had the idea to add a specific enzyme (the amyloglucosidase) that transforms 100% of sugars during the fermentation process giving a dry taste to the beer. This new brewing method, which is still at its experimental stage, opens up infinite new possibilities and is not yet officially recognized as a real style.
It is now up to us, brewers, to innovate and make you discover this new style of beer that is unlike any other…

The Growler 7Peaks is a reusable 1.89L (64oz) glass bottle that preserves our planet by reducing waste and helps you save money!
How does it work?
1. Come to the brewery and buy your Growler
2. Fill your Growler with your favorite draft beer at a special price.
3. Once empty, soak it in boiling water and store it open
4. When dry, it’s ready to be refilled!
The cap may oxydate over time. If it happens come at the brewery and we will give you a brand new one.

There is no season to treat yourself with our BBQ SAUCE made with Dent Jaune (lager) from the experimental cooking of our Brewmaster Robby Collins’ father Bob Collins.
This original recipe won the 3rd prize at the Kansas State Fair in the USA and is so popular over there that we decided to share it with you here in Switzerland!
And to ensure optimal quality and preservation of our sauce, we called on Hugo Reitzel, our local specialist for sauces and condiments…

NORM’ALE
Blond Pale Ale
Seasonal – Solidarity beer
Because it’s “Norm’ale” to help
Light and refreshing, this beer has a very subtle bitterness and a low alcohol content. It develops a pronounced malty taste with a certain length in mouth.
In February 2020, 7Peaks brewed 6,000 litres of beer for a flagship event to be held on the Portes du Soleil ski resort. In the face of the Covid-19 epidemic, this event, like all the others in Switzerland, had to be cancelled. We therefore found ourselves with the equivalent in beer of 2 weeks of work on our hands. Throw the beer away? Complaining about the losses caused by the successive cancellations of events and the closure of bars and restaurants? Never! Negativity is forbidden in the Morgine brewery! It’s time to help each other, because yes, it’s “norm’ale” to help each other.
The idea of Norm’Ale was born: this seasonal beer will be a beer of solidarity. For each lot number, 7Peaks Brasserie will support a different non-profit association by donating CHF 0.20 per bottle sold. Foreign Extra Stout

The most robust of beers for the tallest peak
The Haute Cime is the highest peak of the Dents du Midi, towering at 3257 meters. From the summit, there is an amazing 360° view over the Swiss and French Alps. We have dedicated our Foreign Extra Stout to this summit. It’s our strongest beer, with a beautiful dark color, and intense flavors of coffee and chocolate. It’s the perfect beer to drink next to the fireplace at the end of a cold day.
